The three day Property Investor Show held at London's ExCel Exhibition and Conference Centre proved to be Expert Landlords' most successful show to date.
Over 10,000 visitors are reported to have attended the event, with 30% attending on the Friday, 38% on the Saturday and a final 32% on the Sunday. Of which 43% were landlords, 36% first time investors and trade and other totalled collectively at 21%.
Over 265 exhibitors took part in the show and over the course of the three days 104 seminars were held.
