| SWLA Landlords' Expo 2004 - The Guild Hall, Royal Parade, Plymouth. |

The Landlords' Expo, held for the first time this year, was jointly organised by the South West Landlords' Association (SWLA) and Plymouth City Council. The Expo was specifically aimed at private landlords and letting/managing agents.
Over 250 people attended the show with 25 new members signing up to the SWLA. Ms Katerina Swain of the SWLA said they were "extremely pleased with the event, everyone had a good day, the venue was superb and even the weather held out".
The great response to this years Expo has ensured that the event will now be held on an annual basis. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved in the organisation of the event and look forward to attending next year. |
