Can I amend the Tenancy Agreements?
A.
Yes, but only at the time of creation, once the agreement has been printed or closed, it is locked within a pdf document. This is to ensure the agreement remains legally binding between both parties.

What if I want to continue support after my initial 12 months?
A.
If you wish to continue with technical support and any future upgrades, there is an optional charge of £99 per annum.
Q.
How do I upgrade my software?
A.
First ensure you have an Internet connection, then simple go to the 'Home Page' within your Expert Landlord software and click on Enter / Amend Your details.
This will take you to 'Your details page' where there is an option to click on the 'check for upgrades' button. If there is an upgrade available, simply follow the online instructions.

How many properties can I add to the system?
A.
There is no property limit, the only restriction lies within the size of your hard drive.
